Bag Pack
Jayne Withers has organised a bag pack to raise funds and promote
the club at Tesco’s superstore at Burntree Island, Dudley
on 23rd July from 6pm till 9pm,
All members are welcome to come along, speak to Jayne to let her
know that you will be coming along, if you can’t find Jayne
talk to any of the committee members at the pool.
Please wear your club tee-shirts for this event as we are promoting
the club. The last time we did a bag pack there a great time was
had by all

Diddy Squad’s excellent win
The Diddy squad did the club proud again with another convincing
win in the round three gala. This not only was traffic win but
assures us of a place in the finals at Wolverhampton in September.
The gala was a close one but the squad pulled together and put
that extra effort in, beating Pershore by 11 clear points in the
end to take the victory, “how good does that feel?”
26 new PB’s and 23 first place swims – well done to
you all.
It’s now time to buckle down and get some extra training
in over the summer months to gain that promotion up a division.

now and the Diddy Finals
PGL Ross League Final
Well done to all the swimmers who help the club get to the finals
of the PGL Ross league on 12th June. An excellent achievement
and an enjoyable afternoon at Gloucester’s
very nice 8 lane pool.
County Inter-club relay championships
The club entered 4 teams to represent them at the county relay
championships. Out of the 8 races entered we made it through
to 5 finals which is a great achievement so well done to everyone
taking part.
